General Information Meetings are held every Thursday at 5:00PM in the Nymburu Multipurpose Room. Mission of the Organization The Caribbean Students Association (CSA) was founded in 1974 at the University of Maryland, College Park. CSA continues its goal to enhance and celebrate Caribbean culture, politics and history at the University through programming and community service. CSA also functions as a tool to educate members about the distinctive as well as common features of the various territories that constitute the Caribbean. The organization provides a forum through which Caribbean social and cultural expression can be maintained.
